Certified Legal Video: Policies and Billing

Terms:

All services will require a "Contract for Services" signed prior to work commencing.

Billing for law firms and court reporters that are regular clients will be payment in full in 30 days or upon deliver of the original recording, which ever comes first.

Billing for individuals will be a 50% deposit up font and net payment in full upon deliver of finished work.

Cancellation:

If a cancellation takes place and we are given a 24 HOUR NOTICE there will be no charge.

In case of a NO-SHOW, we will charge our minimum charge for showing up. A no-show is when I leave my studio and show up at your location to find out that the work has been cancelled without a previous notice.

Over Time:

Weekends are automatic overtime. Also, whenever the work goes beyond the contracted time will this be considered overtime.

Travel Outside Local Area:

If travel is needed we will expect mileage, driver hourly, food allowance, and if needed airfare including room and board.

All "Out Of Pocket" Expenses:

All out of pocket expenses are expected to be reembursed upon payment.

All Shipping:

All shipping costs are expected to be reembursed upon payment.
